Head Start Celebrating April – Financial Literacy Month
Bibb County Head Start parents participated in a Budgeting Workshop Friday, April 12, 2018, to learn more about gaps in spending, budgeting, finance and ways to save money. Renee’ Vines, Bibb County Regional Extension Agent, provided educational information and materials to the group for use in creating a Personal Spending Plan/Budget.
Educational programming is available for YOU too! Programs in Financial Management and Workforce Development are offered and available to everyone in Bibb County. Program areas include Budgeting, Spending Plans, Credit, Banking, Identity Theft, Resume’ Writing, Job Interview Skills, or Job Mock Interviews.
