Duncan Hall, Auburn University, AlabamaWelcome to the Alabama Cooperative Extension System! You have joined a statewide team of professionals who make a difference in the lives of people. We value relationships. Our mission is to deliver research-based educational programming that enables people to improve their quality of life and economic well-being.

Field- and campus-based professionals work in one or more of our major program areas: Agriculture; Economic and Community Development; Urban Affairs and New Nontraditional Programs; Family and Consumer Sciences; 4-H and Youth Development; and Forestry, Wildlife, and Natural Resources. Other professionals work in campus-based departments and administrative units.

As an Extension professional, you will be supported through training and professional development opportunities. Get actively involved in learning about Extension, meeting co-workers and clients, and understanding where you can find help when you need it.

We look forward to working with you!
