Pre-employment forms should have been completed and submitted prior to your first day at work with ACES. Those Human Resources forms include the following.
- I-9 Checklist (Employment Eligibility)
- I-9 Form (this must be completed within three days of employment)
- Personal Data Form

If your office is on the AU campus, you must register your vehicle with Auburn University Parking Services. All other Extension employees must obtain a visitor parking permit. Contact the ACES Business Office or the Director’s Office for assistance.

Field- and campus-based professionals work in one or more of our major program areas: Agriculture; Economic and Community Development; Urban Affairs and New Nontraditional Programs; Family and Consumer Sciences; 4-H and Youth Development; and Forestry, Wildlife, and Natural Resources. Other professionals work in campus-based departments and administrative units.
As an Extension professional, you will be supported through training and professional development opportunities. Get actively involved in learning about Extension, meeting co-workers and clients, and understanding where you can find help when you need it.
