Extension’s Public Value

Laura Kalambokidis, University of Minnesota Extension, has defined public value for Extension as the value of a program to those who do not directly benefit from the program. To help show that value, we emphasize program planning and reporting. We have to be able to tell our stories and show the return on investment on our funding to people who are not directly impacted by our programs, but who have influence on our future. Review each of the resources below to learn how you will be able to contribute to Extension’s public value.
