Are you choosing the “Right Bite” for your diabetes?

 

The Choctaw County Extension Office will host a Free Diabetic Education Class taught by Regional Extension Agent, Tera Glenn.  The 6 week series will be held on  Oct. 13, 20, 27, Nov. 3, 10, 17 from 4:00-5:30 pm.  There will be cooking and sampling diabetes recipes during the class.  The last day to register is Wed.
