2017 4-H Summer Camp

When?:  Wednesday, June 14 – Friday, June 16, 2017

Where?: 4-H Center, Columbiana, AL

Cost?: $128.00 (includes $32 non-refundable deposit)

Transportation?: Via Bus (meet at Extension Office for departure)

 

What are we doing?

Would you like to go to 4-H Summer Camp?  This is a 3 day camp held at our 4-H Center in Columbiana, AL.  A $32 non-refundable deposit will be accepted beginning Friday, February 3rd, 2017.  We have very limited slots available for Madison County youth and we have around 600+ kids involved in 4-H. If you are interested in attending this camp, please submit your $32 nonrefundable deposit as soon as possible (on or after February 3rd) to hold your spot.  This is a first-come, first-serve basis.  Activities include canoeing, swimming, fishing, archery, reptile encounter, talent shows, wall climbing and much more!

 

 

A physician’s referral (physical) is required. A form will be provided upon receipt of first payment.
The physical exam must have occurred within the last 24 months.

What am I getting?

3 Days & 2 nights lodging at the 4-H Center in Columbiana, AL
6 hot family-style meals
Transportation to & from the Madison County Extension Office
Fun-filled, action-packed activities for ages 9-14
Total Cost $128 (Can be paid in 4 Payments of $32 beginning February 3, 2017).

This is a first come first served basis. No deposits will be accepted prior to Friday, February 3, 2017. This allows everyone the opportunity to attend.  We do NOT issue refunds, so please check your child’s calendar now. Full payment must be received by Friday April 28th, 2017. We will have a mandatory meeting in May with parents to discuss camp expectations and behavior. We will collect all required health forms at this mandatory parent/guardian meeting.
