QuickBooks Pro software from Intuit is widely used by farmers and small business employers of all types.  In this two-day class, we will be reviewing how farmer typically set up and use QuickBooks Pro for keeping track of farm financial transactions.  The Tuesday session will cover file set up, chart of accounts, data entry and reconciling a sample monthly bank statement.  The Thursday session will review a sample farm with a completed year of data entry.  This second session is intended to show students a range of year-end reports, analysis and forms that can be completed using QuickBooks Pro Software.

Our textbook for this class is QuickBooks 2014: the missing manual, shown to the left.  It is a free Intuit manual that can be downloaded for personal use as desired.
